For travellers who always like to travel within their budget, plan and track all the expenses that they spend and study them at the end of the trip to prepare them for a upcoming, more cost-saving trip.

Before you start editing, create a COPY. Because while editing, you can mistakenly delete or edit some formulas which can be difficult to undo if you don’t know how it was created. Leave the original file as the “Master” Copy and save another “Edit” Copy for your editing purpose.

Include expenses categories like, Flight Ticket Cost, Travel Insurance, SIM Card/WIFI, Transport Pass/Ticket, Accommodation, Attraction Fee, Restaurant Expenses, Shopping and your Grocery Cost.

You can choose to use either the Compact 15 Days Expenses or the Long 31 Days Expenses from the tabs.

Each Duration consist of a Main Sheet where it show all the expenses and categories at a glance where you can edit. And the Detail Linked Sheets where you can input more information for 3 categories like the Accommodation, Attractions and Restaurant.

This Excel SpreadSheet is created from A4 Landscape page, you can print out if necessary.
