Aerolíneas Argentinas, allow a carry-on and a personal item into the cabin for free, as long as your fare includes them, and they meet the characteristics, size and weight limits.
Carry-on luggage is permitted, subject to cabin availability. Even if it meets the size and weight requirements, it will be checked in the cargo hold for free, if it cannot be transported due to operational issues.
On the other hand, if your hand luggage does not meet the maximum quantity, size and weight allowed, you will be charged an additional fee to checked it in the cargo hold. If you do not do so, your luggage will not be able to be loaded onto the flight.
