Aer Lingus has a policy that changes depending on the destination that you are flying to and from.
You are allowed to bring one carry-on bag with you on trans-Atlantic flights, provided that it does not exceed the dimensions listed, in addition to a small personal item.
If you are flying on Aer Lingus within Europe, things are a little bit different: you will be required to pay a fee to bring a carry-on on board, and the fee starts at 5.99 euros, which is roughly USD$7. On the other hand, you are allowed to check that very same bag for free.
The maximum dimensions for carry-on luggage allowed on Aer Lingus Regional flights, (smaller planes that primarily operate within Ireland and the United Kingdom), are 48 x 33 x 20 cm (18.5 x 13 x 8 inches) and there is a weight limit of 7 kg (15 pounds).

There is a limit of one carry-on bag and one personal item that each passenger on British Airways can bring onto the plane with them. This limit includes passengers flying on CityFlyer.
In addition to the 23 kg (51 pounds) weight limit for your larger carry-on bag, the personal item you bring on board can't weigh more than 23 kg (51 pounds). If a staff from the airline labels your bag with a yellow tag, you are required to stow it under the seat that is in front of you.

Passengers are typically permitted to bring one larger carry-on bag (within the listed dimensions) and one personal item onto an airplane with them; however, it is best to verify this information by double-checking your reservation.

For Korean Air's passengers, every piece of carry-on luggage has to be able to fit in either the overhead compartment or the space underneath the seat in front of you.
Passengers are permitted to bring one carry-on bag onto an airplane with them, in addition to one personal item such as a laptop, briefcase, handbag. The carry-on bag's total dimensions (length + height + width) cannot exceed 115 cm (45 inches), and total weight of carry-on bag and additional allowance should not exceed 10kg (22 pounds).
Passengers traveling in First and Business Class are permitted to bring two carry-on bags onto the aircraft with them, each of which must have dimensions (length + height + width) that do not exceed 115 cm (45 inches) and a maximum weight of 18 kg (40 pounds).

Qatar Airways passengers are permitted to bring one larger carry-on item and multiple personal items, but the number of personal items does depend on the type of item.
Laptops and laptop bags do not count as personal items, contrary to the policies of some other airlines; nevertheless, they do need to fit within the main hand baggage allowance. However, passengers are permitted to bring one handbag or small briefcase, in addition to one umbrella, coat, blanket, cane, or other mobility aid of their choosing.
Be aware that Qatar does not allow carry-on bags that are longer than 50 cm (20 inches), which is significantly shorter than the average length allowed by other airlines.

Depending on your final destination, passengers who wish to bring a carry-on bag that is larger than the standard size are required to purchase Ryanair's 2 Cabin Bags option, which ranges in price from 8 to 22 euros (approximately USD$9 to $25).

Every passenger is allowed to bring one bag up to this size, as well as one additional smaller item for themselves. The maximum dimensions for the personal item are 40 x 30 x 10 cm (16 x 12 x 4 inches). This item is not included in the calculation of your carry-on maximum's weight of 7 kg (15 pounds).
